A Staged Home is a Sold Home When you get ready to place your home on the market for
sale it becomes a product. Similar to a product on
the shelf at your local store, the product has features
and benefits as well as pluses
and minuses and competition. To compete with the competition
in the market place you must be priced right and look
better than the other
products.
Your home is no different, it is one of many
homes for sale and you must present it to the buyers
in the best possible light.
Staging® is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless
of price or location. Using a proven professional set of
guidelines, your house is reviewed for compliance with preset standards,
and modifications
are made if necessary. Once your house meets these criteria,
your home is registered as a Staged® Home.

The aim is to
show the home’s potential, appeal to the target market
and help prospective buyers visualize living there. We
have all noticed a trend in recent years where today’s buyer is
interested in moving into a home that does not require
any “ move-in
repairs”.
Neither do they want to patch or paint the inside or do
landscaping on the outside.
Today’s buyer is a busy couple, usually
a two income family ready to move up in size or a make
a change in location or perhaps
they are downsizing. They wish to quickly get on with their
lives. So these smart
and savvy buyers look for a house that is ready to in all
aspects and a staged home is just that. The ultimate goal
of staging is to place the
home in its best showcase condition, to allow for the sale
at the best possible price in the shortest possible time.
